Hassan led a full UX redesign of a SaaS analytics platform — covering the core dashboard, onboarding flow, and settings architecture. The project ran for 8 weeks and included research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI delivery.
The Challenge
38% of new users were abandoning the product during the first session. The dashboard was cluttered, lacked visual hierarchy, and the onboarding flow had 11 steps with no clear progress indicators.
Our Approach
Hassan began with 6 user interviews and a full UX audit. He rebuilt the information architecture, reduced the onboarding flow to 4 steps, redesigned the core dashboard with a clear data hierarchy, and delivered a Figma component library for the engineering team.
Results
Onboarding drop-off decreased by 38% within one month of launch. User satisfaction NPS improved by 22 points. Engineering reported zero back-and-forth on implementation due to the quality of the developer handoff documentation.
